Had a clamp on my exhaust repaired for $100.00. I previously went to another place in Parma, Ohio and they wanted to charge me $600. I was very happy that I only had to spend $100 and would recommend mufflers for Less too everyone! They are a reputable business ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Okay as a female I hate going to mechanics in fear of being taken advantage of. But when I tell you these guys took care of me!! Brian and every guy I encountered was so nice and friendly. Showed me what the problem was, what they needed to do to fix it, and they got it done at a reasonable price when I was expecting to pay more. I was there for a bit but my car was a piece of WORK for these guys. Everyone else I watched them take care of in a very timely manner. My car just had serious issues so it was understandable. They even stayed 30 minutes after closing to get me together since they said it would be done today. One of the gentlemen even bought me a soda from their vending machine. Great customer service and all around great job on my car and caring for my safety. I still need some things done, but whenever I get the funds together I will be coming back here. Thanks so much again to everyone that helped me and worked on my car!♥️

Got my muffler, repairer and my car repair there a couple of times I went there the last week of December so I could do a payroll for New Year’s and a piece of my pickles machine needed to get fixed repaired and welded and they did it for me free as charged, but I still pay them money to get it done very friendly very respectable people and the prices are great and awesome and the quality is good. I highly recommend this place.

The experience was satisfactory. I will monitor the durability of the components over the next year, as I have reservations regarding one-year warranties. Having arrived at the facility at 8:10, my departure was at 10:30, indicating that a significant wait time should be anticipated however seeing some come customers arrive after me but leaving before me raises an eyebrow. The customer service was ok, demonstrating a reasonable level of quality. The pricing structure raises some concerns. The quoted price solely covers parts, excluding labor. This prompts an inquiry into whether the aftermarket cost of these components genuinely justifies the price.
